Accurate Inventory
Restaurant Pro Express records every drink rung up through the point of sale terminals, including which liquors were used inside of which drinks. For example, you can record that gray goose was the type of vodka used inside of a vodka martini. The built-in ingredient tracking functionality reports on how much of each liquor was used amongst all of your drinks. This information can be compared to your actual liquor quantity on hand to identify over pouring or theft. Built-in buyback and comp tracking allow your bartenders to record drinks given away for legitimate reasons.
SecurityBars are fast-paced, cash rich environments. Each bartender has their own secure login card to access the POS system, ensuring they are ringing up drinks under their own name. Security can be taken one step further by optionally using a separate cash drawer for each bartender on staff. Two or more cash drawers can be hooked up to the same POS terminal; each drawer will open only when the bartender assigned to the drawer is logged in.
